Return to HomeProclaim School has direct oversight by Proclaim Church and its elders. As such, attendees agree to have read and understand the Mission, Beliefs, and Doctrines of Proclaim Church. In short, we adhere to the following creeds:
A good rule of thumb: "Reach up high and reach down low, if anything shows, go change your clothes."
Parents are expected to be on-site while their children are in classes. Students must show respect to teachers and follow classroom expectations.
Enrollment Fee due by back-to-school night. 50% tuition due by back-to-school night. Remaining due after break.
I (We), the parent(s) of the enrolling student(s), will assume full responsibility for any Accident/Medical Insurance needed to cover my (our) child(ren) in the case of accidental injury, or the like, while my (our) child(ren) is/are attending Proclaim School.
I (We) will not hold Proclaim Church and/or approved representatives responsible in any manner for injury.
I give Proclaim Church the right to use pictures, audio, and videos taken during school functions. I grant Proclaim Church permission to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display my name, image, likeness, and/or voice throughout the world in any media.
I (We) understand that I (we) am (are) primarily responsible for my (our) child's education and that Proclaim Church is a complementary service to my (our) homeschooling program.
I (We) agree to pay the full semester's tuition according to the pay schedule, whether my (our) child finishes the program or not.
