0 Before you start
You need:
- A parent account linked to your family (created with your family code)
- Your login email and password
- About 5–15 minutes depending on whether you are only viewing info or registering for classes
Direct links:
1 Log in
- Open the Login page.
- Select Parent.
- Enter your email and password, then Sign In.
If you also teach at Proclaim School, you may see a Portals switcher (Admin / Teacher / Parent) after login.
Use Parent for family enrollments and balances.
Forgot password? Use the login page password reset if available, or contact the school administrator to have your access checked.
2 Overview dashboard
After login you land on Overview. At a glance you will see:
- Current Balance — amount still owed for enrollments and unpaid orders (teacher families may show $0 when pay is applied to tuition)
- Students this term — kids with activity in the current / open term
- Active classes — class seats for the current term
Current enrollments list each student and class for open terms, with a status badge (for example Paid, Partial, Covered, Unpaid, or Pending). Past / completed terms appear under past enrollments when available.
If a class has an approved syllabus, a Syllabus link may appear next to that enrollment.
3 Update family information
- On Overview, find Family Information.
- Click Update Information.
- Edit address, parent names, phones, emails, and emergency contact as needed.
- Save. Membership status is view-only — contact the school to change it.
Keep phone and email current so teachers and the school administrator can reach you.
4 Manage students
Under Your Students you can add or edit children on your family account.
- Add / Edit — first name, last name, date of birth (required), age and classical stage (usually calculated from DOB), medical/allergies notes
- Classical stages follow Proclaim age ranges (Abecedarian through Rhetoric)
- Students must be on your roster before you can register them for classes
Date of birth is required for every student before class registration. If Birthday shows “N/A” or you see a warning on the student card, click Edit and enter DOB (valid ages 2–19). Returning families often only had an age on file from older records — please confirm a full birthday once.
Do not delete a student mid-term without checking with the school — enrollments and attendance are tied to student records.
5 Registration & class selection
- Confirm each child has a valid date of birth on Overview (see above). 2
- Open the Registration & Orders tab.
- Choose the semester that is open for registration.
- For each student with a birthday on file, select classes (layout is by session columns; multi-session classes show in each required session). Class pickers stay disabled until DOB is saved.
- Review the cost summary (base tuition, supply fees, admin fee when applicable).
- If prompted, sign required agreements / Code of Conduct.
- Click Complete Registration and wait for the success confirmation.
Submitted enrollments are usually pending until admin approval. Seats are reserved when you submit (first-come, first-served capacity).
If registration is closed for a semester, the portal will say so. Wait for the school’s open notice or contact the school administrator.
If you try to register without birthdays, the portal lists which students still need a date of birth. Fix them under Overview → Edit, then try again.

6 T-shirt orders
On the same Registration & Orders tab, use T-Shirt Orders when the school has orders open for a semester.
- Proclaim School t-shirts (price shown in portal; typically $15 each)
- Choose sizes and quantities; place, edit, or cancel unpaid orders as allowed
- Unpaid order totals can appear in your Current Balance
7 Agreements & Code of Conduct
When registering, you may need to electronically sign the school’s agreements (liability, social media, payment, Code of Conduct, etc.).
- Read each section carefully before signing with your full legal name
- You can open a printable 2026–2027 Code of Conduct page
- After signing, some screens offer print or email-yourself options for your records
8 Understanding your balance
- Balance combines enrollment amounts still due plus unpaid t-shirt (or similar) orders
- Status badges: Paid, Partial, Unpaid, or Covered (for example when teacher pay is applied to tuition)
- Payments are recorded by the school administrator — the portal shows the result, not a checkout cart
Questions about an amount? Contact the school administrator with your family name and semester rather than re-submitting registration.
? Troubleshooting
- Family account not found
- Your login is not linked to a family. Create an account with your family code, or ask the school to link your email.
- I don’t see Registration / classes
- Registration may be closed. Confirm the semester is open, or use Overview to view existing enrollments only.
- Can’t select classes / “date of birth required”
- Each student needs a valid birthday (Overview → Edit). Age alone from older imports is not enough. After saving DOB, open Registration & Orders again.
- Balance looks wrong
- Refresh the page. Teacher-parent families should see tuition offset by teaching pay when set up that way. If still wrong, email the school administrator with a screenshot.
- Spouse cannot see the same kids
- They must create their own parent account with the same family code.
- I’m a teacher and landed on the wrong portal
- Use the Portals links at the top (Parent vs Teacher), or log in again and choose the role you need.
